• We only share the minimum information necessary (such as name, contact details, and appointment reference) to complete your payment and issue invoices

Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Lethal Car Care provides hybrid auto detailing services including but not limited to washing, waxing, interior cleaning, and paint protection. All services are performed at the customer's designated location.

Booking and Scheduling

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance
• We require 24-hour notice for cancellations
• Weather conditions may require rescheduling outdoor services
• Access to water and electricity may be required for certain services
• Mobile services beyond 20 miles from our location will incur an additional travel fee of $5 per mile

Booking & Payments

We use third-party providers to manage scheduling and payments. Appointments may be requested through our booking system (HighLevel), but payment processing and invoicing are completed through Square. By booking an appointment, you agree that:

• Your appointment is not considered confirmed until processed through Square
• All payments, refunds, and disputes are subject to both our policies and Square's payment terms
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if payment is not completed in accordance with Square's requirements

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles

Liability and Insurance

• We maintain comprehensive liability insurance
• Customers are responsible for securing valuable items before service
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear
• Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours
• For paint correction and polishing services, if we determine that the vehicle's paint is in a condition that cannot be safely corrected or polished, we are not responsible for any further damage that may occur, whether the customer has been notified of the paint condition or is unaware of such conditions
• Customer acknowledges that paint correction involves inherent risks with compromised or deteriorated paint surfaces

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle is accessible and safe to work on
• Remove personal belongings before interior services
• Provide accurate contact information for scheduling
• Be present or designate a representative during service

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from us. You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which services are performed.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 25, 2025

Cancellation Policy

• 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of any prepayment
• Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
• No-Show Policy: Failure to be present at the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of any prepayment

Refund Policy

• Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a partial/full refund as appropriate
• Weather Cancellations: Services cancelled due to weather conditions will be rescheduled at no additional charge
• Service Issues: If we cannot complete the service due to circumstances beyond the customer's control, a full refund will be provided

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing fees may be deducted from refunds where applicable

Rescheduling

• Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty with 24-hour notice
• Weather-related rescheduling is always free of charge
• We will work with customers to find suitable alternative appointment times
